Hostmandu Homes is an online booking marketplace that connects property owners and accommodation providers with guests throughout Nepal.
Hostmandu Homes acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not the owner, operator, landlord, or manager of listed properties unless expressly stated.

Property Owner Terms
Property Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, prices, availability, amenities, and house rules.
All photographs uploaded must accurately represent the property.
Property Owners must ensure that the property complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.
The property must be clean, safe, secure, and available as advertised on the confirmed check-in date.
Once a booking is confirmed, the Property Owner must honor the reservation.
Double bookings, intentional cancellations, or misleading listings may result in suspension or permanent removal from Hostmandu Homes.
Property Owners are responsible for maintaining the quality, cleanliness, utilities, and safety standards of the accommodation.

Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Hostmandu Homes.
Booking confirmations will be sent to the Property Owner via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Hostmandu Homes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms.

Payment may be collected as full payment or partial advance payment, depending on the property's booking policy.
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, QR Payment, Online Payment Gateway, and Cash (where applicable).
All applicable taxes, service charges, and additional fees will be displayed before booking confirmation whenever applicable.
Payouts to Property Owners will be processed according to Hostmandu Homes' standard settlement schedule.

Advance Payment Policy
The advance payment paid by a Guest to confirm a booking is non-refundable to the Guest, except where the cancellation is made by the Property Owner or Hostmandu Homes.
If the Property Owner cancels a confirmed reservation for reasons within their control, the Guest shall receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, and the Property Owner may be subject to a penalty as determined by Hostmandu Homes.
If Hostmandu Homes cancels a booking due to the Property Owner's inability to provide the reserved accommodation, Hostmandu Homes will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative property of similar standard and price.
If the Property Owner cancels a confirmed reservation for reasons within their control, the Guest shall receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, and the Property Owner may be subject to a penalty as determined by Hostmandu Homes.

Property Owners must set a clear cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) which will be displayed to Guests before booking confirmation.
Property Owners must honor the cancellation policy selected for each listing.
Repeated cancellations initiated by the Property Owner may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or removal from the platform.

Reviews
Guests may submit reviews of a property only after completing their stay.
Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and based on genuine experiences.
Hostmandu Homes reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or unrelated to the stay.
Property Owners may not manipulate, purchase, or incentivize reviews.

Suspension & Termination
Hostmandu Homes may suspend or permanently terminate any account or property listing that violates these Terms & Conditions.
